How do I book a photography session with you?
You can book a session by contacting me through the contact form on this website or emailing me directly at enter email. I will get back to you within 24-48 hours to discuss your needs and check availability.
What are your photography rates?
My photography packages start at $200. please visit my services page for more information on packages and add on options. I am happy to create a custom package that fits your specific needs and budget.
Do you require a deposit to book a session?
Yes, I require a non-refundable retainer fee ranging from 10% - 20% depending on the package, to secure your booking date. this amount is applied toward your final package cost.

How long do photography sessions typically last?
Session lengths vary by type and needs/requests: Portrait and family sessions typically last 45 minutes - 1.5 hours, engagement sessions 1.5 - 2.5 hours, weddings 4 -10 hours, and commercial shoots are customized based on project needs. I always provide a detailed timeline during our pre-session consultation.
What should we wear for our photo session?
first and foremost, this is your shoot, i encourage you to wear what you feel comfortable in. when asked, i do RECOMMEND wearing coordinated but not matching outfits in complimentary colors. avoid large logos or distracting patterns. During our pre-consultation call, i will always offer to send you my “what to wear” guide.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor session?
for outdoor sessions, i closely monitor the weather forecast. if conditions are unsuitable, i will contact you to discuss alternative options or reschedule at no additional cost. i always have back up dates available for this reason.

How many photos will we receive?
the number of final edited images varies by package, but typically you can expect 45 - 80 edited images for a standard session. all other sessions are more difficult to put a range on until knowing what you are exactly looking for. (intimate wedding vs large wedding, EXTRAVAGANT proposal vs couples shoot, etc.) i am happy to clarify the exact range of edited images you can expect to receive during our pre-consultation call.
How long until we receive our photos?
you will receive a sneek peek of images within 48 hours after your session. the complete gallery is typically delivered within 2 - 4 weeks for portrait, engagement, headshots, and family sessions. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6 - 8 weeks.
Do we get the copyright to our photos?
you will receive a personal use license allowing you to print and share your images for personal use. i retain the copyright to all images, which allows me to use them for my portfolio and marketing. commercial usage rights are available for purchase if needed.

My style can be best described as natural and candid with a bright, true-to-life editing style. i focus on capturing authentic moments and genuine emotions rather than heavily posed shots.
Have you photographed at our venue before?
I may have worked at your venue previously. if not, i always conduct location scouting before the event to familiarize myself with the lighting conditions and identify the best spots for the very best photographs.
Do you have backup equipment?
Absolutely! i always bring multiple professional-grade cameras, lenses, batteries, sd cards, and lighting equipment to every shoot. i also use dual-slot memory cards that instantly back up your images as they are taken.
Do you have Professional Liability Insurance?
Yes, i am fully insured with professional liability and equipment insurance. this protects both of us in the unlikely event of accidents or equipment issues. i can provide proof of insurance documentation if required by your venue or for commercial shoots.

For Weddings: Do you offer complimentary engagement sessions?
yes, engagement sessions are included in 4 out of the 6 wedding packages. you also have the option to add this to any package for an additional cost. This is a great opportunity for us to work TOGETHER before your wedding day!
For Portraits: Can we include our pets in family photos?
Of course! Pets are family too. please elt me know in advance so that i can prepare accordingly and bring pet friendly props if needed.
For Commercial work: Do you provide usage rights for commercial purposes?
Yes, commercial licensing is available. rates depend on the scope of usage (regional/national/international, duration, media types, etc.) I am happy to provide a detailed licensing agreement outlining all terms.
